Our first US patent has been granted! US 12,329,494 protects a key component on our photonic chip which is used to configure the optical circuit according to each patient’s eye shape and facial morphology.
This is critical for any multi-user device and will ultimately support self-imaging capabilities where the system must automatically recalibrate as part of every scan.
The patent was granted on June 17th 2025, following its previous GB grant, and can be accessed from the USPTO Patent Center.
