Siloton has become the first company to manufacture and sell an OCT system based on a quantum photonic integrated circuit (PIC).
This system, called GiraffeOCT, was sold to the Project Ginan consortium, which includes members from CSIRO, and Lion’s Eye Institute, and is led by Angel Eye Care. It is a research-use device leveraging our Akepa chip, which the consortium will use to image retinas at CSIRO in Sydney and Lions Eye Institute in Perth.
Siloton’s technology is also available in a Development Kit format for easy integration into R&D environments. Please contact sales@siloton.com for more information.
We can’t wait to see the first chip-OCT images to be acquired outside the UK.
